Generally your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours except for holidays and weekends. It could take 48-72 hrs during peak season (2-3 weeks prior to Christmas). If at any time you have special needs regarding your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
SHIPPING - USPS Weight Dependable - Large items or multiple item orders may ship more economically via UPS. Please contact us for information. If at any time your shipping looks unreasonable, especially on multiple item orders, please contact us. We'll be happy to re-calculate. Each item listed in eCrater has to be listed as if it would ship alone; so sometimes orders with multiple items, or bulky items the shipping can get skewed.
Damages: Please notify us immediately (no less than 7 days) if there is a problem or damage with your order. Keep all original packaging for possible inspection by USPS or UPS.
Returns: Accepted within 7 days of receipt. Item must be in original condition with tags and shipping materials. Contact us PRIOR to return for more information. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
